RETURNS
You can cancel your order within 30 days after receiving it, without giving any reason and return it back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
For returns sadly all cost will be covered by you, the purchaser. The amount will be deducted from your refund.
Germany: 5€
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Luxemburg, Netherlands: 10€
Czech Republic, France, Italy, Poland: 12€
Spain, Croatia, Slovakia: 15€

HOW TO RETURN
Please use our Return-Portal for a quick and easy return. Your details (Name, Address, etc.) should match the ones you used for your order!
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
EXCHANGES
A direct exchange of your order is unfortunately not possible, as we can not guarantee that the product you want is still available when your return arrives. For a safe exchange, you can return your order and simultaneously make a separate purchase for the new item. We will usually refund your order within 24 hours of receiving your return.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
