RETURNS

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase by returning your order within 14 days without giving any reason. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags in its original packaging. 

 

If you want to make a return, simply use our Return Portal through the link below and follow the instructions. 

In the Return Portal you can specify whether you want to return the item for a refund or exchange it for another item. 

If you choose to get your order refunded with a store credit, we will gift you 20% of your order value on top. 

You will receive the extra 20% of your order value through a Gift Card which will be send to you by email, after we processed your return.

VISIO does not cover the cost of returns.

 

If you have to return an item because it was delivered defective, we will check this on a case-by-case basis and refund the costs for the return. 

Please be sure to get a proof of delivery and keep it safe until you received your refund! 

Items that have clearly been worn or washed will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same payment method used to place the order
