RETURNS

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase by returning your order within 30 days without giving any reason. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags in its original packaging. 


 

To do this, simply fill out the return form and put it in the package.

On the form you can specify whether you want to return the item for a refund or exchange it for another item. You can also tell us the reason.

If you have to return an item because it was delivered defective, we will check this on a case-by-case basis and refund the costs for the return. 


Please be sure to get a proof of delivery and keep it safe until you received your refund! 


Items that have clearly been worn or washed will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same payment method used to place the order
