We work with DHL, Fedex and UPS as our shipping service provider to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
DELIVERY TIMES
You will receive orders usually between 2-5 business days after receipt of order within Germany. Orders from Europe will usually be delivered within 4-8 business days. Worldwide orders will take around 8-12 business days to be delivered.
Shortly after collection drops and in sale event it can come to longer delivery times, due to high demand.
As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by e-mail. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

IMPORT DUTIES
For all deliveries outside the European Union, import duties may be charged (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country.
